Founded in 2017, the Delmarva Decoy Collectors Association is a non-profit organization that promotes the knowledge, appreciation and collecting of vintage decoys and contemporary waterfowl carvings. Although our focus is on decoys made and used on the Delmarva Peninsula, we welcome members from all parts of the country.
We offer a variety of activities for both novice and experienced collectors. We hold a monthly meeting that includes show-and-tell opportunities for members and educational presentations, which provides a forum for members to share their knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. We host an annual show and our members actively participate in decoy collecting events throughout the year, sharing our passion for decoys while educating the public about our hobby.
We publish a monthly newsletter to keep members up to date on upcoming collecting activities. We also publish a directory, allowing members to share their interests and communicate with one another. Membership is just $20 per year or $50 for three years. If decoys are your interest, join us today!
